Madison Circus Space (MCS) has partnered with Operation Fresh Start’s Grad Crew and STRIVE Construction Crew to build out its new, 10,400-square-foot interior training facility at 2082 Winnebago St.
MCS is a nonprofit dedicated to movement arts, training, learning, and circus performance, and with 80 members, it’s the largest such group in the state.
Operation Fresh Start provides disconnected youth a path to self-sufficiency through supported on-site work experience and mentorship. Work began in May and is expected to continue through July.
