Madison-based Rentable announced a $22.5 million Series B investment led by Susquehanna Growth Equity. With millions of renters, particularly members of Gen Z, Rentable operates one of the largest online apartment marketplaces in the U.S. Rentable also offers tools for property managers that digitize the pricing, listing, marketing, and leasing process. The company has experienced significant growth and achieved profitability in 2020. The new investment will enable Rentable to continue scaling its products and services while doubling its workforce over the next 12 months.
