A walk for autism acceptance, hosted by the Autism Society of South-Central Wisconsin, will be held this year on April 21 at McKee Farms Park in Fitchburg, WMTV15 reports. “One Walk, Big Strides for Autism 2024,” highlights April as Autism Acceptance Month and will take place from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
The event also serves as a fundraiser for programs that provide support, education, and activities for those on the autism spectrum and their families. This year, the organization’s goal is to raise $60,000.
