One Community Bank was named a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal.
The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on colleague feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC.
The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers including alignment, execution and connection.
