Journey Mental Health Center will host a Fireside Chat on May 19 with Molly Seidel, a Wisconsin native and Olympic marathon bronze medalist who has spoken publicly about her lifelong experience with mental health challenges and recovery.

The conversation will be moderated by Kristin Brey of As Goes Wisconsin and held at The Madison Club at 5 E. Wilson St. from 6–8:30 p.m.

Journey serves approximately 15,000 children and adults in Dane County each year. Nearly 90% of those served rely on Medicaid, Medicare or have no insurance. The organization operates the Dane County Crisis Center, which fields more than 35,000 calls annually, and partners with 10 local school districts to screen nearly 4,000 students each year for trauma, depression and suicide risk.
