Mediterranean-Italian restaurant Oliva is under new ownership, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
Jayanthi Ramu took ownership of the restaurant from Mehmet Dayi after 17 years of Dayi running and owning Oliva.
The restaurant, at 751 N. High Point Road, was purchased on Oct. 1. Ramu and Rajesh Natarajan will work as the new manager and chef, respectively.
The menu will keep existing items, but a new tomato sauce is being used, and new wines will be added.
The restaurant will also be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lunch hours had been eliminated during the COVID pandemic lockdowns.
