The popular Old Fashioned eatery and bar on Madison’s Capitol Square has been forced to change the name of its “Taco Tuesdays” after receiving a cease-and-desist order from Taco John’s, a national chain that reportedly trademarked the name in 1989. In response, the local restaurant is now asking patrons to help rename the weekly event by Feb. 9. The winner will receive free tacos for a year.
