Oktoberfest comes to Breese Stevens Field Sept. 24

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Breese Stevens Field will host an Oktoberfest event on Sept. 24. The event will feature food and beer sales as well as music from Keith Stras and Polka Confetti.

Additional entertainment will include magic from Matthew Teague, Dan Kirk — “The Juggler with the Yellow Shoes,” and a demonstration by Strongman Tulga.

Gästfreund tickets for general admission will be available, as will ehrengäst tickets that include a 15-ounce Das Boot with Futol Whiskey Stones, an Oktoberfest hat, 12 tickets for 4-ounce beer samples, one-hour priority entry, and free access to ax-throwing and other games.

The gates will open for the event at 1 p.m. for ehrengäst ticketholders, and general admission will start at 2 p.m. Ticket sales will begin online this Friday at noon.
