Madison based Cascade Asset Management, an IT asset disposition (ITAD) company, was recently acquired by Sage Sustainable Electronics of Columbus, Ohio.
Cascade grew from a University of Wisconsin–Madison startup at the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship to a company with over 115 employees and additional processing facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana and Orlando, Florida.
This merger of operations with Sage will make the combined business the largest ITAD company in the U.S. All Cascade staff and locations will stay in operation after the merger, and Cascade leaders are joining the executive team of Sage to help continue the growth of the company in Madison and beyond.
