That area’s latest brewing operation is now open in Waunakee. Octopi Brewing Co. held its grand opening Oct. 24 at its brand new facility located at 1131 Uniek Drive.
Octopi plans to mainly brew beers for other companies and features a public tasting room.
Octopi’s founder, Isaac Showaki, says the contract brewer’s recently completed 18,000-square-foot production brewery features state-of-the-art brewing equipment and water treatment systems that primarily brew beers for other business entities, not just brewing companies that have either run out of capacity or don’t have adequate facilities.
