The city’s Urban Design Commission is reviewing a proposal for a new senior living facility from Oakwood Village Senior Living, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The project planners are seeking to amend a land-use permit in order to build a 77-unit, four-story senior living facility at its complex on the west side of Madison. The proposal would remove an existing recreational building and construct the new living facility and 63 stalls of underground parking.
