Donald Trump’s administration said it will allow Nvidia to ship H200 AI chips to approved customers in China, CNBC reports.

According to President Donald Trump, the U.S. would get 25% of the sales. Nvidia and AMD had both agreed in August to share 15% of revenue from China chip sales with the government.

There are concerns that selling China more advanced chips poses a national security risk. The H200 chips aren’t the most advanced Nvidia chips, but they are a strong AI chip.
