The former executive chef at Epic Systems, Eric Rupert, has plans to open a production and retail facility for Nutkrack, his sweet and salty pecan recipe, in the former Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier space at 2086 Atwood Ave., according to an article in The Capital Times.
