NSI, a specialty insurance company, will expand to a new location in the Sauk Trails Plaza II building on Fourier Drive in early 2018.
The new space will offer about 75,000 square feet of space, which is 15,000 square feet larger than its current location on Greenway Boulevard.
Since 2005, NSI has doubled revenue and its number of associates, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
