Rural Electric Supply Coop. (RESCO), a member-owned, not-for-profit electrical wholesaler and one of the Midwest’s largest full-line distributors of high-voltage electric utility products, announced the official opening of its new warehouse at 1509 Pine St. in Stanley.
Situated on 15 acres, the 40,000-square-foot location gives the cooperative the ability to expand its operations. It is now serving member cooperatives and municipal utilities in the northern and central portions of Wisconsin, as well as those located in eastern Minnesota and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. These areas were previously serviced by RESCO’s warehouses in Middleton and Moorhead, Minnesota.
Facility features include individual offices and a large training room that will double as space for RESCO member functions, training, events, and more. RESCO member Clark Electric Coop. in Greenwood, Wisconsin, provides electrical utility service to the site.
