Madison-based Nordic has acquired Healthtech Consultants, a 30-plus-year-old advisor to Canada’s health care systems, according to a release.
Financial terms were not released, but Healthtech’s founder and president, Susanne Flett, will remain on as an advisor, while Healthtech partner Terri LeFort will become president of Healthtech and join Nordic’s senior leadership team in Madison, reporting to Chairman Bruce Cerullo.
