Madison-based health care consulting firm Nordic has acquired Bails & Associates, an ERP consulting firm headquartered in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, according to a release from the company. The acquisition is Nordic’s fourth in recent years.
Nordic acquired Tasman Global, an EHR consulting firm throughout Europe and Asia in 2020, and Healthtech Consultants, a Canadian health care IT consulting firm in 2019. Also, Nordic acquired the revenue cycle transformation practice of The Claro Group in 2018.
