A Chinese noodle restaurant, Yummy Noodle, will open at 604 University Ave., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The space was formerly occupied by Crave Coffee & Donuts. The restaurant will offer traditional Chinese noodle soups with sweet potato noodles or rice noodles. The restaurant will be owned and operated by Tony (Wen Hua) Chen, who also co-owns and operates Mad Seafood Boiler at 201 W. Gorman St. and Asian Noodle at Regent and Park Streets. Yummy Noodle will have counter service with 10 tables that will seat two each.
