Sun Prairie is welcoming the Tenant Resource Center (TRC), a Wisconsin nonprofit that provides housing resources to communities, WMTV15 reports. The organization will offer Sun Prairie renters resources that include housing counseling, eviction prevention, housing mediation, and more.
TRC’s presence in Sun Prairie comes from a collaboration with the Sunshine Place organization, which provides food, clothing, beds, and social services in the city. The City Housing Committee has been working with Sunshine Place on the project for nearly a year.
TRC will be housed at Sunshine Place, located at 1632 W. Main St., Ste. 170. For additional information about services, call (608)708-6008.
