The Madison-based nonprofit Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin received a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation to bolster the organization’s statewide outreach and education efforts, which raise awareness about corneal-related visual impairment and blindness.
Through this grant, the nonprofit will expand its initiatives to educate communities about the importance of cornea donations, encouraging Wisconsin residents to register as cornea donors and support vision-restoring transplants.
