Nonprofit breaks ground on new facility to house survivors of sex trafficking

Nonprofit Zeteo Community, which provides housing and support for women who have been sex trafficked, on Tuesday broke ground for a new facility in Dane County, according to NBC15. It will serve as a safe haven for survivors and their children and will provide care for 12–18 months.

Designs for the project were completed last February. The organization is undertaking further fundraising efforts and, according to its website, plans to complete the project within a year.
