Nonprofit health care organization Agrace has hired Danielle DiGennaro, NP, to be its director of supportive care.
Agrace provides hospice care, supportive (palliative) care, nonmedical personal care, adult day services, and grief support across southern Wisconsin.
DiGennaro comes to Agrace from Haven Hospice in Gainesville, Florida, where she was director of palliative care. In addition, she has eight years’ experience as a nurse practitioner at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital, Hope Hospice and Palo Alto Medical Foundation in California, and Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina.
In her role, DiGennaro will oversee Agrace Supportive Care and lead the team of nurse practitioners who provide supportive care consultations in patients’ homes.
