The Wisconsin Beef Council is holding a statewide “Best Burger” contest, according to WMTV15. Restaurant nominations are open now through March 24; burgers must be on the regular menu year round and be made of 100% beef.

When submissions close, a panel of judges will evaluate the eight most-nominated burgers statewide to select a winner, who will be crowned May 1 at the start of National Beef Month.
