Heins Contracting is now accepting nominations for the third annual Roofing A Vet program that will provide a new roof to a Dane County veteran at no charge. The program is coordinated by Heins Contracting with support from GAF and Zuern Building Products. Nominations are open to Dane County residents who are serving or have served in the U.S. military and own a home or hold a mortgage for a home. The nomination deadline is Saturday, Aug. 27.
