Stephanie Pugliese resigned her position as CEO of Mount Horeb-based Duluth Trading Co., famous for its “No Bull Guarantee,” at the end of August to take a job as president of Under Armour Inc.’s North America unit effective Sept. 16, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
Steve Schlecht, Duluth Trading’s principal owner, stepped back into his previous role of CEO until a replacement is found.
