Nitty Gritty expands Cluck to Sun Prairie

The Nitty Gritty, a burger restaurant with three locations in the Madison area, announced the expansion of its Cluck Fried Chicken endeavor to the Sun Prairie area. The Southern-inspired fried chicken virtual restaurant began in January 2021 out of the Madison Nitty Gritty kitchen, and the menu of fried chicken sandwiches, wings, tenders, and appetizers was available through third-party delivery services. The expansion to Sun Prairie will include an expanded menu including cheese curds, onion rings, a shrimp fry, desserts, and salads. The Nitty Gritty plans to expand the service to Middleton later this year.
