Harmonic Hospitality Group of Cedar Falls, Iowa is proposing three new establishments for the first floor of Chicago-based Core Spaces’ 10-story oLiv mixed-use project on the corner of State and West Gorham streets, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The establishments would include a retro nightclub with live performances as well as two restaurants.

The 1980s- and 1990s-themed nightclub, called the Roxxy, would be the largest venue and would host bands, comedians, dinner shows, dancing, and private events. It would have live acts or a DJ and dancing every Thursday–Saturday. The additional venues include Double Tap, an arcade bar serving pizza and alcoholic beverages, and the Stuffed Olive, a martini bar and tapas restaurant.

The Roxxy would require a conditional use permit as well as liquor and entertainment licenses; the other two venues would require liquor licenses only.
