Middleton residents Eyner Irias Meza and Beymar Rugama Meza opened a new Nicaraguan restaurant, Los Dos Cuates, in Waunakee in July, according to The Capital Times. The restaurant’s offerings include a variety of fried foods Nicaraguans refer to as “fritanga.”
The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. and currently seats up to 60, though there is space to add additional seating. The spot hosts karaoke on Saturday nights, with an open dance floor space.
