Joe Thomas, Wisconsin native and NFL Hall of Famer, announced in a recent press release the launch of Hall of Fame Beef. In partnership with Prem Meats, Hall of Fame Beef is a line of premium beef products from Six Springs Farm in southwest Wisconsin. The animals are raised to the highest standards and are ethically harvested on-site.
Hall of Fame Beef includes steaks that are sourced from a unique blend of cattle genetics, including Black and Red Angus, Simmental, and soon Wagyu. Hall of Fame Beef will offer beef bundles, smoked products, Wisconsin cheeses, charcuterie board specials, and merchandise including knives, cutting boards, and more.
