In an update that topped earlier projections by nearly $60 million, an economic impact report released on Wednesday by Experience Greater Green Bay said that the 2025 NFL Draft had an estimated $80 million economic impact in Brown County, according to WisBusiness. The draft was held in late April near the Green Bay Packers’ Lambeau Field.
The study also found that the event had a statewide impact of nearly $105 million, beating an earlier projection of $94 million.
SportsImpacts also reported that Green Bay had over 360,000 visitors for the draft, an upgrade to an earlier estimate of 312,000 released by the city. Thirty percent of all attendees were from outside the state.
