SSM Health at Work has partnered with the city of Sun Prairie and the Sun Prairie Area School District to open a new dedicated wellness clinic in Sun Prairie, according to information from SSM Health.
The clinic will provide Sun Prairie school district employees and their families with a range of services including disease management, workplace injury treatment, and occupational health services.
The Sun Prairie Area School District and City Employee Wellness Clinic will open July 1 and will be located on the first floor of the SSM Health Dean Medical Group offices at 10 Tower Drive in Sun Prairie.
