A new development, 3rd Space Garages, is currently under construction in Verona at 644 Liberty Drive. The facility will include luxury storage condos geared toward car collectors, hobbyists, and more. It also includes a clubhouse to facilitate community among hobbyists.
The development secured approval for a zoning text amendment from Verona’s Plan Commission and Common Council to allow minor hobby-related businesses; however, it does not allow consumer-facing business operations or business with on-site employees.
The company is set to complete construction by December 2024.
