A new vegan restaurant, Mad Rabbit Cafe, will open in the former La Kitchenette space at 805 Williamson St. by December, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The restaurant is owned by Nate Anger, former operator of California food truck and catering company, Rabbit Food Revolution.
The new spot will be fast-casual and offer vegan Beyond burgers, vegan flatbreads, vegan chicken sandwiches, and vegan arancini.
