Hone, a new restaurant with an international focus, will occupy the space at 708 ¼ E. Johnson St., according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
Hone will take over the site from former tenant Forequarter and will feature dishes from Korea, the Philippines, and Turkey. Owner Michael Parks says the limited “eclectic” menu will offer “street” foods and comfort foods not found in Madison.
