The former owner of Rare Steakhouse and the Ivory Room Piano Bar is planning to open Draper Brothers Chophouse at 101 N. Hamilton St., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The historical building is the former site of the Blue Marlin restaurant. The building will be renovated and the restaurant plans an opening for early spring 2023.
