DarkHorse By Sal’s opened on Feb. 18 in The Constellation, a mixed-use, high-rise at 10 N. Livingston St. that was developed by Gebhardt Development. DarkHorse is owned by Patrick DePula, owner of Salvatore’s Tomato Pies.
The new restaurant will offer handmade pasta, dishes designed for sharing, and pizzas with unique ingredient combinations.
Gebhardt is also the developer of The Galaxie and The Gebhardt Building, which include retail, commercial, and residential spaces.
