It didn’t take long for the former Sprecher’s location on Madison’s west side to get a new restaurant.
A story in the Wisconsin State Journal reports that country-themed Cowboy Jack’s will open in the space later this summer, serving American food. Sprecher’s, at 1262 John Q. Hammons Drive, closed in February.
The Minnesota-based Cowboy Jack’s franchise has about a dozen locations, including one in Eau Claire.
