New public parking ramp opens on near east side

The city’s new $18.2 million public parking ramp is open, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.

The ramp, at the corner of East Main and South Livingston Streets, also offers 5,500 square feet of commercial space in addition to 650 parking spots, 550 of which are reserved for tenants of American Family Insurance’s Spark building and The Gebhardt building on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

On nights and weekends, the ramp is fully open to the public.
