Ken Kopp IV, who co-owns New Orleans Take-Out with his wife, will close the restaurant Dec. 21.
He will reopen in January in the same space, 1517 Monroe St., with a new “island themed” menu and a new name — Lorraine’s — after his Jamaican mother-in-law, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
