Beirock, a new restaurant and bar on the north side of Madison that is named for its signature item, opened July 3 at 2911 N. Sherman Ave.
A Beirock is a pastry filled with beef, cabbage, onions, and seasoning, but the restaurant will also feature 24 craft beer tap lines and a full bar. Brian and Amanda Carriveau are the owners.
