North side Madison will welcome a new celebration this fall, Channel3000 reports. The True North Music and Food Festival will take place Sept. 27 at the Duck Pond, 2920 N. Sherman Ave.
Festival performances will include Pokey LaFarge, the People Brothers Band and more. It will also feature 12 tents with food from local restaurants, such as Beef Butter BBQ, Heritage Tavern and Ahan.
Tickets to the event are now on sale, and $2 from each ticket purchased will benefit Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS) and the Dane County Food Collective. Click here to learn more.
