The popular restaurant and pie hotspot, Norske Nook, which currently has locations in Osseo, Eau Claire, Rice Lake, and Hayward, is opening a new restaurant locally in DeForest.
Don’t expect a big grand opening splash though. Its owners are opening the restaurant quietly this weekend and saving the fanfare for when it’s up and running smoothly.
The 4,800-square-foot pie-focused restaurant at 100 E. Holum St.in DeForest will host invitation-only events this weekend and next Monday before officially opening to the public.
