Hotel Indigo is preparing to open in mid-April at 901 E. Washington Ave., and when it does, it will include the Palette Bar & Grill, a steak and seafood restaurant on its ground floor, according to developer Curt Brink.
The hotel is part of Brink’s Archipelago Village on the site of a former Mautz Paint factory.
