Discussions are apparently taking place on a proposal to build a 12-story high-rise apartment tower behind the Hilldale Mall. The 104-unit building, proposed by Jim Stopple of Madison Property Management, would be built at 617 S. Segoe Road, a site currently occupied by an Associated Bank building. No plans have been submitted to the city as of this writing, but additional details are expected.
