Public Health Madison and Dane County have issued Emergency Order No. 15 lifting all capacity limits for outdoor events, dropping the mask mandate for outside gatherings, and resuming self-service food stations such as buffets. Social distancing requirements are still included in the order that begins Wednesday, April 14 and will be in effect until May 5. Loosened restrictions are in response to the downward trend in cases and hospitalizations and the increasing rate of vaccination.
