Regent Street’s new restaurant, Fabiola’s Spaghetti House and Deli, opened for lunch Friday and has been serving nightly as overflow space for adjoining Leopold’s Books Bar Caffe, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Both the new restaurant in the former Rocky Rococo’s space at 1301 Regent St. and Leopolds are owned by Sam Brown.

Fabiola’s currently includes a grocery, deli, and quick service food options, and will ultimately offer full-service, sit-down dining. The space, open Wednesday–Monday from 10 a.m.–3 p.m., also offers carryout options. Brown is looking into options for expanding Leopolds when Fabiola’s begins offering dinner in order to accommodate a rising customer volume.

Once dinners start, Fabiola’s will completely turn over at 4 p.m. with a new menu including steaks, chops, and more.
