New grant program designed to test innovative ideas

A new grant program will allow the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC) to fund organizations creating innovative, new programs that support entrepreneurs, according to a release from the organization. Applications for the Entrepreneurship Partner Grant will be accepted online until Oct. 29, 2021, and grantees will be funded with up to $50,000 to help them test and develop entrepreneurship support programs. The Entrepreneurship Partner Grants have two tracks and are designed to replace WEDC’s competitive Entrepreneurship Support Grants.
