Prime Urban Properties and developer Joe Krupp are looking to build a four-story brick apartment building on the corner of Atwood Avenue and Dunning Street, across from the Harmony Bar. The 32-unit building would offer first-floor retail and underground car and bike parking slots for tenants and would replace an old two-story office building and some surface parking.
