Office Evolution, a provider of locally-owned and operated coworking locations, is expanding to Madison with its first Wisconsin location.
The new space, at 2921 Landmark Place, will house a new 9,944 square foot coworking facility with 55 private offices and two conference rooms. The new location will be owned by Madison residents Keith and Rhonda Khometer and is slated to open in the fall of 2021.Â
