Burgrito’s will open at 1835 Monroe St. on Friday, March 16, according to a release.
The family-friendly restaurant, from brothers and co-owners Darin and Lawrence Laby, is their fifth, but the first outside of New York state.
While it serves both burritos and burgers, its signature sandwich combines both — a burger with cheese, bacon, fries, chipotle sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onions, all wrapped in a flour tortilla.
